• Refunds are generally not provided unless a technical error prevents delivery of the purchased report.
• If you believe your report contains inaccurate data, you may request a review. Refunds are not granted for discrepancies originating from external databases.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions may result in account suspension.

While we strive for accuracy, all vehicle data is sourced from third-party databases, government records, and proprietary sources:

• We do not guarantee that all reports will be error-free or available in real time.
• Users should verify all data independently before making financial or legal decisions.
• Car Metrics is not responsible for any loss incurred due to reliance on the provided data.

• All content, reports, and API data are the intellectual property of Car Metrics or its partners.
